Services

Interface Lab provides digital design services, including user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and website design. All packages listed on the website represent starting prices. Final scope and pricing may vary depending on project requirements.

Project Scope & Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revisions as stated on the service page. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the project begins. Work will commence only after the initial payment has been received. All invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe.

Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback and material delivery from the client. Delays in communication or content delivery may affect the final delivery date.

Ownership & Portfolio Use

Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved design. Interface Lab reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is canceled after work has begun, payments made are non-refundable. Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be delivered to the client.

Third-Party Services

Interface Lab is not responsible for third-party services such as hosting providers, booking systems, plugins, or external platforms used as part of the website.

Limitation of Liability

Interface Lab is not liable for any indirect damages, including loss of revenue or business interruption resulting from the use of delivered services.
